CUSTOM Byzantine and Helm chain necklace

In August of 2011, while attending a show, I was approached by a woman who owned this beautiful Blood Agate stone pendant. She wanted to have a custom chain maille necklace made for it that would compliment the color of the stone. After speaking with her briefly, we settled on a design and I crafted this gorgeous necklace from a combination of Byzantine and Helm weaves using red anodized aluminum and stainless steel rings. I finished the piece with a stainless steel lobster clasp.
