Wizard themed Chain Maille Round shield Coasters
These beautiful chain maille “round shield” coasters may not protect you against the dark arts, but they are perfect for protecting your table from condensation while enjoying your favorite drink!
These wonderful coasters are created by weaving various colors of anodized aluminum rings into checkered quadrant patterns. The chain maille is hand stitched on to a veg-tanned leather back, which adds protection and prevents the maille from scratching any surfaces. The leather is worked and stretched to create the “umbo” or center of the shield, which is then painted gold using acrylic leather paint.
Each coaster measures 3.25 inches in diameter. We offer these as sets of 4 coasters. Purchasing options allow you to choose from 4 of the same wizarding house or 4 assorted coasters (1 from each house).
